Mahia Mojito

Ingredients:
Mint leaves
Fresh lime
Fresh ginger
3 bar spoons of sugar
Lemon juice

  1. Muddle, lime, ginger, mint with sugar
  2. Add ice and lemon juice and 45 ml. of Mahia
  3. Shake and serve on the rocks

Guava Cosmo

Ingredients:
45 ml. Mahia
30 ml. Triple Sec
Splash lemon juice
30 ml. guava juice

  1. Shake up ingredients over ice
  2. Strain and serve in chilled martini glass
  3. Garnish with cherry

Marrakech Express 

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Mahia,

2 cucumber medallions

pinch of fresh cilantro,

1 oz of lime juice

,3/4 oz agave syrup,

3/4 of fresh grapefruit juice,

perrier sparkling water

Mint leaves

Method:

Muddle cucumbers, cilantro,  with lime juice put in shaker,

then add mahia,  grapefruit juice and agave syrup and  shake

Clap mint over ice, then pour cocktail  over the mint  and top with a floater of Perrier

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

The Casablanca

Ingredients:

1-1/2 oz of mahia

1 oz of tres leche’s – cream liquor

3/4 oz of cognac

one dash of fee brothers old Fashion bitters

Almond milk

Thick Orange Peel

Method: in a shaker combine the first four  ingredients with ice, shake well strain in to Martini glass , squeeze orange peel so it mists into glass and top off with almond milk.
